Welcome to a world class duck and dove hunting destination. If your looking for scores of game birds and hunting at it’s best, Sinalo-Pato Duck and Dove Club, owned by Bobby Balderrama, is the place.
Attracting millions of waterfowl annually, Sinaloa is alive with winged activity and natural beauty. Rice, Corn, Barley and a vast variety of other crops cover the lush farmlands that make up Sinaloa and provide the nourishment that attracts birds by the millions.
13 species of ducks and the famed white wing and morning doves. Bird hunting season runs from Oct. 15th until March 28th. Flying along the water in a sleek air boat you’ll be astonished by the variety of birds and grandeur of this hunting paradise.
Vast marsh lands as far as the eye can see are perfect habitat for a variety of ducks, many of which are scarce in the United States, including black bellied whistling ducks, red head, cinnamon, green winged & blue winged teal, gadwalls, canvasbacks, fulvous, mottled ducks, widgeons, pintails, shovelers, mallards, Black Brant and speckle belly geese are available.
Sinalopato Hunts start at 5:30 am, hunting grounds are within 30 minutes of the hotel. Duck calling in blinds with decoys is the norm. Grain fields and game reserves are standard for dove hunts.
You should wear standard camouflage clothing, also a light jacket is recommended for morning hunts and insect repellant. Hip boots are optional for duck hunting.
Tips are not included in the package. Tip of $20.00 to $35.00 per hunter for the guide are considered normal. For the bird boy $10.00 to $20.00
