Because we carry a maximum of six passengers, we'll plan the itinerary to match your interest We can troll for King and Coho salmon, bottom fish for halibut; ling cod, red snapper, set out our shrimp and crab pots, or launch our jet-outboard powered skiff for a run up one of the numerous rivers to spin or flyfish for steelhead, trout or salmon. If you want to adjust your plans during the trip to spend more time fishing or to cruise to different areas, we'll work with you to make sure you have the best time possible.

In addition to incredible fishing, we will watch for eagles, bears and whales to capture on camera, photograph pristine waterfalls, visit natural hot springs, cruise beside ancient glaciers and pass near icebergs, drop anchor in secluded bays and go ashore to explore isolated beaches, and enjoy the many natural wonders of the majestic wilderness region.

The sheltered inland waterways of Alaska's inside e Passage will exhilarate you with abundant wildlife and spectacular scenery. With over one thousand islands to explore and seventeen million acres of the Tongass National Forest in the background, this special part of Alaska is truly inspiring.

Adventurous is fully licensed and insured, and skippered by a U.S.Coast Guard
Licensed Captain with a crew of two on board. Our crew consists of our fishing guide, a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain, with ten years of experience fishing in Alaska, and an experienced mate to prepare gourmet Alaskan meals and to provide our clients with a comfortable and clean environment In addition to the best safety equipment and most advanced electronics, including a MadneSat satellite telephone, chart plotters, and depth finders, we carry the finest sportfishing tackle, featuring rods by Sage and top of the line reels by Fin Nor, Islander, Shimano and Penn. Two freezers on board allow us to freeze your catch for you to take home.

Unlike stationary fishing lodges that fish the same area all season the Adventurous fishes an area that is approximately one hundred miles wide by three hundred miles long. We fish the most productive fishing areas at the best times and avoid the wasted time going back and forth to a fixed base everyday in a small boat
